Shipping dates

Brosmind Shop ships once a week. Orders received on or before a Sunday will ship the following Monday.

In the case of a Spanish public holiday falling on a Monday, the orders will ship on the first coming business day after the holiday. 

Please note that due to the current Covid-19 situation delays in delivery can occur.


We ship worldwide by UPS

When your order ships, we will send you a notification with a tracking number.


Shipping fees

The exact shipping fee will be calculated during check out depending on destination and item(s).

Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to pay any overseas customs duties and taxes.


Big orders

If you wish to place a big order, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us on in order to work out an alternative shipping method.



If you wish to return an item, please email us with your order number, a specification of which item(s) the return relates to, and the reason for the return. You must inform Brosmind Shop about the return and ship the package within 14 days of receipt of the order. All returned items must arrive unused and in their original packaging. Please note that you are responsible for the items until they reach us. We recommend sending the packages with a traceable service. All shipping costs and any duties and taxes must be paid by you. Returned items which do not comply with these criteria risk being refused. Upon receipt of the item(s), you will be refunded the value of the item(s) and the outgoing shipping cost. The return shipping cost and any duties and taxes will not be refunded. All returns including the order number should be sent to:
